Nothing is loaded until you register a bot token, and nothing is loaded in the WordPress admin.

ParsChat widget and chat service (ParsTech AI)

What it is: the chat window itself, the libraries and Persian font it uses, and the service that answers your visitors.

What is sent and when: on every front-end page view, the visitor's browser downloads the widget from
https://minio.parstechai.com/pars-prod-pub/plugin/parschat_plugin_main.js
, and the widget then downloads its helper libraries (text formatting, live connection and DOMPurify, which displays messages safely) and the Vazirmatn font from
https://minio.parstechai.com/pars-prod-pub/plugin/
. Both are ParsTech AI's own storage, and only the usual request data (IP address, browser user agent, referring page) is sent there. The widget then sends your bot token, the address of the page being viewed, the visitor's browser and operating system details, their public IP address and any messages or files the visitor sends in the chat to
https://api-chat.parstechai.com/
.

Provider: ParsTech AI, https://parstechai.com/products/parschat/

jsDelivr CDN (backup only)

What it is: a public CDN that holds the same DOMPurify library and Vazirmatn font.

What is sent and when: the visitor's browser contacts
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/
only if ParsChat's own storage cannot be reached.
