Installation
- Install as a regular WordPress plugin
- Create a form with Gravity Forms
- Navigate to a page or post with form displayed
- Access links from WP Admin bar to go straight to the form editor, entries or settings

What happens on a page with more than one form?
Links will be created only for the last form loaded on the page.
